RFID Anti-Metal Label – Smart Identification Directly on the Device
In a recent logistics project, several hundred cameras were installed to ensure automatic barcode
capture in the warehouse. All cameras were equipped with an RFID anti-metal label from AIXONTEC –
mounted directly on the metal housing.
Why? It's simple: Serial numbers are often difficult to see or access, especially
after installation. Thanks to our compact, NFC-enabled label, each camera can now
be identified contactlessly – simply via smartphone or NFC reader.
A major advantage for the camera manufacturer:
Support cases can be handled more quickly, as serial numbers and device-specific
data can be accessed digitally via the label. This makes service more efficient,
faster, and error-free.
