AIXONTEC COILBoy is ideal for cutting and coiling cables to your desired length. With the hand crank mechanism, cables can be manually wound and unwound onto the turntable. The desired cable is passed through the measuring unit and the length is measured at the same time. An integrated swivel arm allows the measuring and cutting unit to be moved freely. Due to a sophisticated spring technology, the measuring wheel has an optimal pressure on the cable to determine the length exactly. The high-quality turntable, with vertical round bars, gives the user the possibility to produce cable rings of up to 200 mm with a diameter of approx. 120 mm. With the cutting unit, cable cross-sections of up to 3 x 2.5mm² or 10 mm outer diameter can be cut very easily. The sharp blades of the cutting unit can be ordered separately. The cutting unit is attached to a special holder and can be removed at any time. The high-quality aluminium frame of the COILBoy is light and at the same time very robustly built. The integrated castors with locking brake and the aluminium handle give the user a high manoeuvrability. The frame can be fixed with the parking brakes for a better grip. All parts can be reordered, as the production for the COILBoy takes place in Germany.
