We produce components with your own branding (OEM) according to your specifications and in the desired quantities. Our quality management ensures consistently high quality. For our own product portfolio and for renowned customers, we have developed innovative products that have successfully established themselves in the market over the long term.

Our core competence is the manufacture of high-quality network connection cables for offices, data centers, and industrial automation. We offer a variety of connection components tailored to the respective application. Depending on the plug and cable type, we manufacture and test these in soldered, crimped, or plugged versions. 

Thanks to our in-house production in Germany, our customers can customize their connection cables in terms of color, length, wiring, and bend protection boot color. All cables are continuity tested in-house and strictly controlled according to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. Upon customer request, it is possible to label and tag the connection cables individually.

Depending on the connector and application area, we offer a variety of different injection molding forms for RJ-45 and M12 connection cables. These are manufactured using high-quality PVC in the injection molding process. 

As we source our PVC from a renowned manufacturer in Germany, we can ensure consistent injection molding color. Thanks to our high-quality production process, our overmolded connection cables offer greater longevity than conventional connection cables.

All injection molding forms are developed by our own design and construction team. For selected customers, we offer the development and production of injection molding tools for the production

of connection cables according to individual design specifications. We look forward to your individual inquiries and are at your disposal with our expertise and experience.

For our production, we use high-quality PVC granulates made in Germany, which we can of course customize according to the specific requirements of our customers and the respective application areas. We offer a wide range of PVC granulates in various colors,

used for the production of bend protection boots for our RJ45 and M12 plugs. Additionally, we have the expertise to use fluorescent granulates that create a glowing effect in the dark after exposure to light. Naturally, we also manufacture the bend protection boots individually according to customer specifications in specific RAL colors.

Our engineering and design team continually develops new, innovative products and system solutions. An integral part of any professional product development is prototyping, which occurs before the start of mass production. Thanks to our own resources, we can flexibly, quickly, and cost-effectively realize prototypes for new product developments.
