M12 X-coded circular connector with 20 mm screw ring 

The increasing use of circular connectors for stable Ethernet connections in industry led to the development of the M12/20 MUD-PRO. The X-coded circular connector with 20 mm screw ring makes it easier to screw the connector on and off with gloves in industrial environments. The circular connector is protected against water and vibration and offers a long service life thanks to the special processing and overmoulding in Germany.

The M12/20 MUD-PRO patch cable is designed for industrial automation and high-speed data transmission up to 10 GbE between machines and control units, in production, chemical plants, off shore and the oil and gas industry. The Industrial Ethernet data cable AIXONTEC MUD-PRO, with a special outer sheath is water, UV, oil and chemicals resistant and is also flame-retardant.

Optimized for high loads

Our M12/20 patch cord with its 20mm wide screw ring enables for improved and easier screwing and unscrewing with gloves in industrial environments. The patch cable is manufactured using our high quality injection molding process at our factory in Germany and is subject to our strict quality controls. The special processing and overmolding gives the patch cable a high degree of robustness and tensile strength. Our long term customers have successfully tested the M12/20 patch cable for durability and quality on oil platforms and in harsh industrial environments.

Robust connector

The high quality construction and molding of the M12 connector gives the patch cable high tensile strength and resistance to UV, chemicals and oils. The patch cable is also tested for high temperatures (-40°C - +70°C). M12/20 offers protection against temporary exposure to water, making it ideal for use in industrial and harsh outdoor environments. Thanks to its excellent transmission characteristics, the patch cable enables data transmission of up to 10GbE.

MUD-PRO Datenkabel

The high quality HIGH SCREEN FLEX MUD-PRO is a data cable for use in offshore, marine and harsh industrial environments. The special outer jacket is highly flexible, abrasion resistant, waterproof, UV resistant, oil resistant, chemical resistant and flame retardant. The data cable can be used for PoE/PoE+ applications (according to IEEE 802.3at). The shielded CAT.7 S/FTP Industrial Ethernet data cable is protected against external interference signals and offers excellent transmission characteristics up to 10GbE.
