X-coded circular connector with removable color ring

The M12/20 PRO is the further development of the M12/20 connector type, equipped with a separate, removable color ring. The color ring makes it easier to identify the coding of the respective connector and can also be used for additional color coding of various services.

The X-coded circular connector with a 20 mm screw ring and removable color ring simplifies screwing and unscrewing the connector while wearing gloves in industrial environments. The circular connector is water- and vibration-resistant and offers high durability thanks to its special processing and overmolding in Germany.

Robust Circular Connector

The connection cable has high tensile strength and resistance to UV, chemicals, and oils due to the high-quality processing and overmolding of the M12 connector. Additionally, the patch cable has been tested for high temperature resistance (-40°C to +70°C).

The M12/20 PRO offers protection against temporary water exposure, making it ideal for use in industrial environments and harsh outdoor areas. Thanks to its excellent transmission properties, the patch cable enables data transmission of up to 10GbE.

Error Prevention through Simple Coding

Error prevention through simple and effective coding was a central aspect in the development of our M12/20 PRO. The well-thought-out coding ensures that the connector can only be plugged into the correct sockets. This is particularly important for the 8 closely spaced pins of an X-coded M12 connector, as repeated incorrect connections can cause short circuits and damage to end devices. Our orientation coding, with a removable and colored ring on the connector, ensures that it is always inserted in the correct alignment. This minimizes connection errors, protects end devices, and significantly enhances safety.

MUD-PRO Data cable

The high-quality HIGH SCREEN FLEX MUD-PRO is a specialized data cable designed for use in offshore, marine environments, and harsh industrial conditions. Its special outer sheath is particularly flexible and resistant to water, UV, oil, chemicals, and is also flame-retardant. The data cable is abrasion-resistant and suitable for PoE/PoE+ applications (according to IEEE 802.3at). The shielded CAT.7 S/FTP industrial Ethernet data cable is protected against external interference and delivers excellent transmission properties up to 10GbE.
