Heavy-duty high speed connector for telecommunications and military applications
The solid data connector system consists of a connector and flange module housing is used for industrial, telecommunications and military applications. The high-quality RJ45 Cat.6A coupler in connection with the RJ45 plug is suitable for data transmissions up to 10 GbE. The RJ45 plug side is protected against cable bending with a special spring strain relief and is suitable for cable diameters from 6 to 6,5 mm. We offer, high-quality data cables for the system for fixed and mobile outdoor use. The system is field moutable and can be installed on site by qualified installers.
| Our current product range
The system currently consists of an RJ45 connector housing with spring strain relief and a flange module housing with integrated RJ45 coupler module. The RJ45 connector housing can be delivered as a pre-assembled RJ45 patch cable. The TFC RJ45 Male connector can be assembled on the other side with a different connectors from our product range.

RJ45 connector housing
The 30µ gold-plated RJ45 plug is shielded and has a special spring strain relief that prevents the cable from bending. The plug also offers a high level of strain relief with a cable diameter acceptence of 6 to 6.5 mm. The plug can be assembled on site, or deliverd as a pre-assembled and tested connection cable.

TFC is equipped with a high-quality industrial coupler and suitable for stable data transmission up to 10 GbE, even for mobile outdoor applications.
Easy centering and high protection
The solid aluminum housing with bayonet twist lock and locking mechanism is dust and waterproof (IP65) when plugged in and can be easily centered and coded even under heavy conditions thanks to its locking bolt and is thus reliably protected against vibrations. The aluminum housing offers a high level of protection against rust, temperature and UV radiation.
