AIXONTEC reels, with an IP54 protection rating, are well-protected against water and dust and also provide reliable data connectivity for outdoor applications, such as in industry, event technology, and military telecommunications.
Copper - cable drums
AIXONTEC CABLEReel for ETHERNETLine includes pre-assembled cable reels that can be used for Ethernet extension and connection. The PRO IP version uses a special CAT.7 data cable with rubber PUR outer jacket and IP protected plugs and sockets. The highly flexible data cable is resistant to abrasion and UV radiation. The HIGH SCREEN FLEX CAT 7 AWG23/1 data cable used can safely transmit 10 GbE data transmissions up to 100 metres in the channel link according to ISO/ IEC 11801. The high-quality CAT.6A cable plugs and sockets with dust protection cap and loss protection are optimally protected against water. (IP68).
Fiber optic - cable drums
AIXONTEC CABLEReel FIBERLine are pre-assembled fibre optic cable reels used for mobile broadband data transmission and for long distances. The data cable used is highly flexible, UV and abrasion resistant and is available with 2/4 fibres in singlemode and multimode in various lengths. The high-quality LC or SC cable plugs and sockets with dust protection cap and loss protection are optimally protected against water (IP68). Our FIBERLine cable drum can be used as an extension as well as a connection cable.
