The solid and innovative design of the AIXONTEC M12 connector stands out with its ergonomic shape, allowing for a better grip. Thanks to its specialized design, the connector can be plugged and unplugged with high precision and minimal pressure.
In our facility in Germany, the M12 connectors are overmolded and can be produced in a variety of colors and combinations. The injection molding and soldering process enhances protection of the contacts against torsion, vibration, and movement.

With our M12/20 type, AIXONTEC offers a unique, high-quality M12 overmolding with a 20 mm screw ring, which is naturally manufactured and overmolded in Germany. The X-coded M12/20 connector makes it easier to screw and unscrew the connector on-site, even with gloves.
The M12/20 PRO is an advanced version of the M12/20 connector type, equipped with a separate, detachable color ring. This color ring helps to easily identify the coding of the respective connector and can also be used for color-coding different services.
